Conditions of the RenderVue service may be subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise indicated by the customer, the final render will be delivered with the following characteristics.
- JPEG file format with white background and ground shadows.
- TIFF format without shadows on the ground outlined with transparency.
- A perspective view (focal length 200mm) and an orthographic view (without perspective deformation) at an angle.
- Minimum resolution 3000 pixels per side and overall of about 10MPixel according to the image format.
The client undertakes to provide all information from the first request including specifications on viewing angles, reference photos and colors to be used. There is only one revision after the first render. If further revisions are necessary, an additional payment will be agreed to be determined on the basis of the requests.
The costs indicated are excluding VAT. We only accept advance payments with PayPal (credit card) or bank transfer.
Renderings are made within 3 working days starting from receipt of payment: in case of payment by bank transfer, the times may be extended by a few days.
The client undertakes to only send files for which he has right of use. RenderVue declines all responsibility for any delays or damages caused by the inaccuracy of the renders. The client undertakes to keep the executive files received and the material necessary for their production. RenderVue is in no way responsible for the conservation of the files provided by the customer, while the executive files will be kept for at least one year from the delivery date.
RenderVue undertakes not to disclose the material received by the client in compliance with the current privacy laws. RenderVue reserves the right to publish the renders made (in lower resolution than the files owned by the client) for the purpose of self-promotion. RenderVue also reserves the right to disclose the names of customers who have used the service, always and exclusively for the purpose of self-promotion. In particular, for the latter two points, it is possible to enter into a confidentiality agreement.
